Alt text Island Orchid Jewellery is based in Inverness, a small, beautiful city in the Scottish Highlands. The name comes from the Lesser Tweyblade, a small, beautiful orchid found on the Isle of Skye (among other places). Island Orchid Jewellery makes only one-off pieces. The design of each piece is carefully considered and then skilfully crafted.

I use all sorts of materials to make my jewellery. Semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls and Sterling Silver and increasingly copper, brass and recycled bits of broken jewellery - which I find really fire my imagination.

I love making jewellery to order, however small or large the commission, including bridal pieces or even larger collections e.g. pieces for your bridesmaids. There's some good extra stuff on my website as-well, such as the story of a commissioned piece for the Scots Magazine or hot fashion tips from the catwalk, and of course the galleries, so please have a browse.
